Energy Security and Chemical Engineering Congress or ESChE 2019 is a biennial conference organized by the Centre of Excellence for Advanced Research in Fluid Flow (CARiFF), Universiti Malaysia Pahang in partnership with our regional peers, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok Thailand, Nguyen Tat Thanh University Vietnam and also University of Madras India. The conference will be an event that brings together energy and chemical engineering community from around the world to share their findings or ideas in the area of sustainable energy development.
ESChE 2019 will focus on the opportunities offered by the sustainable development related to material, chemical and energy to meet the growing demands of the developing countries without compromising the environment. Energy security experts, material scientists and chemical engineers from all over the world will gather in Batu Feringgi, Penang, Malaysia to discuss the new scientific research and development on energy and chemical engineering fields. Thus, the major focus areas of this conference are:
1. Energy security both renewable and conventional sources
2. Sustainable development
3. Green technology and material
4. Chemical engineering with emphasize on sustainable development
CARiFF has previously organized the International Conference on Fluids and Chemical Engineering (1st FluidsChE 2015 and 2nd FluidsChE 2017). For year 2019, we rename the FluidsChE conference as ESChE with conference theme that emphasizes on Energy Security in line with the Malaysian Government’s National Priority Area and also to support CARiFF’s strongest research field.
All accepted papers will be presented orally or by poster, and included in IOP conference series: Materials Science and Engineering (Scopus indexed). High quality full papers will be published in our partner journals.
